Bloc Léopards is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in connection with the FIFA World Cup 2026 diaspora ticket registration program.

We collect the following information during registration: full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, country and region of residence, and one identity document (passport, driver's license, residence permit, national ID card, or other).

2. Purpose of Collection

Personal data is collected exclusively to verify your identity and eligibility for the supporter ticket draw. It is not used for marketing or any other purpose.

3. Data Retention

Identity documents are permanently deleted after the draw on June 15, 2026. Contact information (name, email) is retained solely to notify winners and is deleted within 30 days of the draw.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information is shared only with Bloc Léopards staff directly involved in the draw process.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time before the draw. Contact us at noella@dummy.com to exercise these rights.

6. Compliance

Canadian residents: This policy complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Belgian residents: This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / EU 2016/679).
